The incidence of reported dengue cases per 100,000 inhabitants in Caldas has fluctuated in behavior over the years 2010–2020, with epidemic peaks in 2010 (141 cases per 100,000 inhabitants) and 2015 (105.2 per 100,000 inhabitants) . For the year 2020, there were 41 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
