NewsPresident Maithripala Sirisena had told Joint Opposition (JO) that he would consult the opinion of the Attorney General and legal experts on the possibility of removing Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe from his post. Joint Opposition MP Kumara Welgama told reporters that the President gave them this assurance when he met with JO MPs this morning.
