Fresh details have emerged that a president of a neighbouring country is already in Kenya to push for truce between the opposition and government. The Azimio leader Raila Odinga met the said president as they try to see as to whether peace will prevail in the country. President Ruto has however maintained that the demonstrations by Azimio is illegal and unconstitutional and vowed never to engage them in talks. It's clear that Raila Odinga has extreme hardliners and Ruto has the same hardliners who have refused to have talks. Raila Odinga and Ruto have also remained clear that the possibility of them having genuine talks has been lacking and that's why they will not engage.
