President moves two Education PSs, retains Kipsang in new changesPresident Uhuru Kenyatta has moved two Principal Secretaries from the Ministry of Education in changes that saw Basic Education PS Belio Kipsang retained. University Education PS Prof Collete Suda has been moved to the Ministry of Gender in the same capacity. In the changes announced yesterday, Uhuru also appointed Mumina Bonaya as the Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) for Education. Prof Suda also doubled as Education ministry CAS. Longest servingUhuru, however, retained PS Kipsang who remains the longest-serving senior staff at the ministry.
