I join in prayer with their families, and of every Kenyan of good will,” Uhuru stated. The Head of State described the late Msando as a man who sacrificed himself for the good of the country and its institutions. Those who served with him at the IEBC including Andrew Limo, Tabitha Mutemi and Ronnel Onchagwa described Msando as an eloquent person who exuded great passion and in-depth knowledge of technology.
