President Uhuru told President Dos Santos that Kenya would also help Angola improve knowledge and skills President Uhuru Kenyatta and Angolan President José Eduardo dos Santos yesterday held talks in Luanda, focusing on their rapidly growing trade and bilateral cooperation. Dos Santos said this would be possible when a new airport under construction is completed. Dos Santos said he looked to honour Uhuru’s invitation to make a state visit to Kenya in the second half of the year. Santos said Angola is willing to exchange knowledge and experience in the oil sector to help grow Kenya’s nascent oil business.
