Flynn referred to the FISA wiretap of the Ambassador Sergey Kislyak conversation at the outset of the FBI interview. The Flynn plea on Dec. 1, 2017 was improvident and should not have been accepted by the court. Gen. Flynn kept his security clearance. Neither DAG Sally Yates nor Mr. Comey recommended charging Gen. Flynn.
