President William Ruto is conferred the Companion of the Order of the Star of Volta award in Ghana. [PCS]Ghana has awarded President William Ruto the country’s highest honor; The Companion of the Order of the Star of the Volta. “Under your leadership, Kenya has become a shining example of a nation governed by the rule of law,” President Akufo-Addo said. The Ghanaian Head of State added that through President Ruto’s leadership, Kenya has regained its place of pride on the international stage. President Akufo-Addo cited declining inflation, growth in startups, and the number of Kenyans set to have access to housing and health insurance.
