According to a statement issued by Felix Kwakye Ofosu, Spokesperson to the President and Minister for Government Communications, the President will depart Accra on Sunday for the official trip. During the visit, President Mahama is scheduled to hold a bilateral meeting with the President of the Republic of Korea, Lee Jae-myung. As part of his engagements, President Mahama will deliver a speech at a conferment ceremony at Yonsei University. The visit is expected to strengthen bilateral relations between Ghana and South Korea while promoting economic and diplomatic cooperation between the two countries.
