The project was realized through the university’s internal initiatives combined with strategic financial and logistical support from the Lofa County Legislative Caucus. The ribbon-cutting ceremony brought together a diverse assembly of national and local leaders, including members of the Lofa Legislative Caucus, university administrators, and various regional stakeholders. The atmosphere was one of collective pride, reflecting a unified front between the national executive branch and local county leadership. Following the formal dedication, President Boakai transitioned from the podium to a private briefing with the University Administration and the Legislative Caucus.
