Monday sessio­n to identi­fy steps for enhanc­ed coordi­nation among member states in their common fight agains­t pandem­icISLAMABAD : A virtual summit of Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) will be held on Monday which would identify measures for enhanced coordination among member states in their common fight against the respiratory disease caused by the novel coronavirus. The summit of the heads of state and government of NAM member states has been convened at the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan, in his capacity as current chair of the movement. President Dr Arif Alvi will represent Pakistan at the summit. A number of heads of state and government will participate in the virtual summit. President Dr Alvi had represented Pakistan at the 18th summit of NAM in Baku in October last year.
