These were divided into 9,100,169,205 common shares or 32.733 percent, 12,459,289,984 preferred shares or 44.815 percent, and 10,372,746 common shares or 0.037 percent. Of the 6,231,543,905 foreign-owned stock (22.415 percent), 5,824,339,130 are common shares and 607,204,775 are preferred shares. According to the GIS, 202 foreigners owned the common shares; 80, the preferred shares. PCD Nominee Corp. held 5,617,302,552 common shares (20.205 percent) for non-Filipinos and 2,042,401,734 common shares (7.346 percent) for Filipinos. The other ALI stockholders are HSBC Manila with 512.777 million preferred shares (1.844 percent) and 15.051 million preferred shares (0.054 percent) and the Government Service Insurance System with 156,350,871 preferred shares (0.562 percent).
