The unnamed top flight club expects the results to come in on Friday after one of their first-team players was placed in self-isolation earlier this week. The Telegraph claim two further players have shown symptoms of the virus, which was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization on Wednesday. Premier League players are said to be growing increasingly concerned with the response to the virus.
