Mr Premchai's request was made on the grounds that the EM bracelet had inflamed the ankle, causing a wound around it, as a result of his diabetes condition. They were indicted for illegal possession of wildlife carcasses and related charges in the Thong Pha Phum Court. His driver, Yong Dodkruea, was handed down a jail term of one year and one month; his maid, Nathee Riamsaen, a suspended four-month jail term; and his huntsman, Thanee Thummat, a jail term of three years and five months.
