The girls, who looked no older than six, were live-streaming on YouTube from a laptop webcam placed on the floor. They sat at the foot of the bed, in front of multicoloured curtains and dinosaur wallpaper, and took out crayons. “Can you shut my door,” one of the girls asked her father. “Don’t be so shy.” Another wrote: “I want to see your abs.”Unbeknown to the girls’ parents, online predators had discovered the live broadcast and were asking them to expose themselves.
