Allowing everybody in Ontario to pre-register for COVID-19 vaccination now could help the province with its supply issues as well as overcome any vaccine hesitancy, says a Toronto councillor and health experts in an open letter to the premier. For example, some eligible adults can use the provincial booking system to get an appointment at a city-run mega clinic, while others can book through pharmacies.
