SUNGAI PETANI: A resident here watched in horror as his neighbour crawled out of his burning home with his body completely engulfed in flames. “I realised later that five other people were trapped in the inferno,” Jamil told the New Straits Times when met here today. It is believed that she was trying to crawl out of the house with Samsul but failed. Jamil said he ran out of the house and found fire and smoke coming from the house next door. He said the homes were inhabited by a total of 21 Indonesians who worked at factories in Sungai Petani.
