Government House photoPrime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha on Tuesday emphasised the importance of cooperation between South Korean and Asean to help new businesses while highlighting Thai efforts to promote a startup ecosystem. He said that enhancing cooperation on startups in Asean and South Korea is also in line with the "joint vision statement for peace, prosperity and partnership" adopted at the Asean-ROK Commemorative Summit. The summit, presided over by South Korean President Moon Jae-in, was organised on the sidelines of the Asean-ROK Commemorative Summit. He said he was looking forward to expanding partnerships in innovation and startups between Thailand, Asean and South Korea.
