Information Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud attended the program as chief guest. Former state minister of Home Ministry Shamsul Hoque Tuku, MP was present at the program as a special guest. Al Hajj Shahjada Syed Saifuddin Ahmed Al-Hasani Wal Hossaini Maizbhandari of Maizbhandari Darbar presided over the program. A Munajat was also held at the time for the cyclonic storm "Bulbul" affected people.
