Wrestler Praveen Rana will replace Narsingh Yadav in the 74kg freestyle wrestling category at Rio Olympics. The WFI has informed the international wrestling body that they were willing to send Rana instead of Narsingh. He ruled out the possibility of Narsingh's participation if no new developments happened in his doping case. The Wrestling Federation of India, in order to save the quota place, has sent Rana's name as replacement. Narsingh will have a chance to put forward his case in front of the NADA panel tomorrow.
