SAGINAW, Mich. (WNEM) - The Division 2 High School Hockey State Quarterfinals featured a rematch of the Saginaw Valley League as Powers Catholic took on Dow. The last time these teams met, Powers got the win back in December. Powers Catholic had full control from the opening puck drop as Owen Perry scored less than 20 seconds into the first period to put the Chargers in front. Powers Catholic would cruise to an 8-0 victory and for the 4th time in 6 years, the defending State Champs are headed to USA Hockey Arena to compete in the State Semifinals. Copyright 2026 WNEM.
