Power has been cut to parts of Riddiford St in Newtown. A power outage is affecting residences and business on Riddiford St in Newtown, Wellington. Wellington Electricity was notified of the outage shortly after 10am on Tuesday. Jackson Lung of Wellington Electricity said the fault was affecting about 20 commercial premises in the area. Wellington Power estimated the fault would be fixed by 4pm.
