Upper BicutanMeanwhile, residents of Maragondon, Naic, and Ternate in Cavite City will also experience power interruption between 8 a.m. and 8:59 a.m. and from 2:01 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. of Dec. 26. Rosa, Laguna will have power interruptions from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. of Dec. 30.
