Andrew Cuomo is expected to sign a bill approved by lawmakers Thursday outlawing so-called revenge porn and allowing victims to seek a court order requiring websites to remove any illicit images. Advocates of the bill said revenge porn—the nonconsensual posting or dissemination of intimate images, often after the end of a romantic relationship—is a growing problem. Victims suffer embarrassment and in some cases have lost their jobs.
