All Post managers are ordered back to their desks five days a week starting in February; everyone else will switch from three days in the office to five days by June. Many have settled on a hybrid schedule, allowing a mix of remote work and in-office days in a given week. Mayor Muriel Bowser has required government employees to work in the office four days per week. It is in this spirit that we will be returning to the office five days a week in the coming months. All other colleagues will be required to return to the office five days a week by June 2, 2025.
