Portman Holdings still plans to buy the strip shopping center on Ponce de Leon Avenue where The Bookhouse Pub and MJQ Concourse are located as part of its redevelopment plans. They include the former Paris on Ponce building, a Chipotle, and the strip shopping center where MJQ Concourse and The Bookhouse Pub are located. The addresses are 710, 712, 718 and 738 (also known as 736) Ponce de Leon Ave.Portman Holdings said it would not be buying the property on Ponce de Leon Avenue where Vesta Movement and The Local are located, included in the yellow portion of this early site plan for its Ponce & Ponce redevelopment.
