The list of 10 cities, released Wednesday, focuses on cities with populations under 100,000, including Healdsburg, Calif., Asheville, N.C., Hudson, N.Y., and Burlington, Vt., the only other New England city to be included. This is Aragosta’s third year to be named to the Food & Wine list.
