(Shawn Patrick Ouellette/Staff Photographer)The chef-owner of Quanto Basta, a pizzeria on Congress Street, announced Monday her plans to close the restaurant this month. Her post did not state specifically the last day of business for Quanto Basta, but noted that the space will have new occupants as of Feb. 1. English started Quanto Basta as a food truck in 2021 using a converted 1959 Morris Minor with two pizza ovens. She opened her restaurant on Congress Street in July 2023.
