New York and New Jersey officials have zeroed in on three potential options to replace Manhattan’s aging Port Authority Bus Terminal. One alternative calls for rebuilding the bus terminal in its existing location on 42nd Street. Bus operations would continue there during construction. Another option would relocate the terminal to the lower level of the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center on Manhattan’s West Side.
