The theatre director and member of Nagorik Theatre Community Kamruzzaman Roni said: "Our marriage was by all means sudden. We are currently staying at Karamjal, where Pori Moni is busy with the shooting of the film Adventure in Sundarban." Pori Moni met Roni only five months ago during the shooting of 1971: Shei Shob Din. Pori Moni said that they were shooting scenes in Thakurgaon from March 3 to March 7, which is when they fell in love.
