The report stated: "Campylobacter bacteria are heat-sensitive and die when meat is cooked through. The report stated that the following equipment was found to be dirty:• Lip of dishwasher. "All inspections related to food hygiene are completed in line with current Food Standards Agency Guidance. "If food businesses are not satisfied with the results of a food hygiene inspection and the score that has been awarded, they have the option of appealing."
