Popular Chef Donal Skehan tours Offaly in latest episode of new cookery showCelebrity Chef Donal Skehan visits parts of Offaly in his series 'Donal's Road Trip' which airs tonight on RTÉ One at 8.30pm. The new series sees him tour various parts of the country cooking dishes inspired by each destination. The episode will see the young chef make a delicious smoked trout and potato salad along with Irish boxty potato pancakes. Speaking about the new show Donal said: "I absolutely loved making this series at a time when the country is getting back on its feet. It's really encouraging to see such a thriving food scene and I got to visits lots of great producers up and down the country."
