The three-storey buildings have up to 100 rooms for the poor farmers to stay in, he said. The ALRO alone is expected to reclaim more than 430,000 rai of land, which should be allocated to landless farmers, according to Watcharin. He said ARLO was demarcating the land, dividing it into smaller plots so farmers' could use them for crops. If plots were three rai (half a hectare) each, it would mean as many as 310 farmers would benefit, he said.
