Secretary of State Mike Pompeo traveled to North Korea, his second trip there in just over a month as a planned summit between President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un approaches. Mr. Pompeo on Tuesday said he would meet with North Korean officials in an effort to pin down key details, including the precise location and timing of the summit and an agenda for the meeting. He also said he wanted to make clear that the U.S. goal for the outcome was long-term disarmament.
