The Campus Memorial Map and Register, which records memorials and commemorative features on the Forth St campus, was the brainchild of Communication Design student Zane Carter. ‘‘I’ve studied at Otago Polytechnic for three years now, so it’s nice to put a mark on a place that has helped me so much,’’ Mr Carter said. Otago Polytechnic has created a Campus Memorial and Commemorative Register policy, to manage the design, placement and recording of all memorial and commemorative items.
