It is not known exactly which policies the poll body was referring to. Perhaps it was the party’s proposal to allow Thais to marry aliens, or to build a Thai space industry capable of taking tourists to the moon. Phitsanulok-born Mr Mongkolkit, 44, has been involved on the fringes of Thai politics for nearly two decades.
