Republicans in Congress hold hearings where the star witnesses complain about how poorly served they've been by the Affordable Care Act. With the GOP in firm control of the Washington megaphone, supporters of the Affordable Care Act have struggled to make their case. According to the poll, 49 percent of small business owners would pick Obamacare, while 26 percent would back the GOP's American Health Care Act. As one might expect in a poll of business owners, more of the respondents identified themselves as Republicans or independents leaning Republican than as Democrats. (Only just over half of the business owners surveyed knew anything about the House bill when they began the survey.)
