Regarding Karl Rove’s “The Democrats’ Tech Cash Machine” (op-ed, June 27): The Republicans may want to evaluate what has been created with their WinRed platform for handling campaign donations. Over the years, I have made donations of varying amounts to Republican candidates. For the past month, however, my email has been inundated with solicitations from unknown Republican candidates from all over the country.
