Polisario members have expressed clear support for the Mollah regime during a condolence ceremony held lately at the Iranian embassy in Algiers following the death of Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, 86, during joint US-Israeli air strikes targeting his compound in Tehran. The participation of Polisario in formal condolence ceremony in Iran’s Embassy in Algeria and acts of solidarity with Teheran confirm the nexus between the separatist group and Iran. He also warned that “if Iran falls, the entire Islamic world will be in danger”. They also raise serious concerns about the Polisario alliance with axis of evil which is expanding and threatening the stability and peace in Africa and Europe. The move will also have serious economic and political impacts on Polisario sponsors, especially Algeria, South Africa and Cuba.
