She claimed that three more policemen reached the spot in a police vehicle, and together they pushed her nephew inside a restaurant and continued assaulting him. Ms. Maheshwari claimed her family members were taken to the police station and thrashed once more. A group of BJP supporters reached Krishna Nagar police station and staged a protest against the policemen.
