A university undergraduate of Lagos State University (LASU), Sheriff Adedigba, has alleged that some operatives of the Ogun State Police Command attached to Owode-Egba allegedly extorted him of a sum of N153,000 at gunpoint. The victim said the policemen asked him to identify him and that he told them that he is a student of LASU. He said the policemen demanded that he should unlock his phone and equally asked for the number of bank accounts he has. The PPRO said: “We heard about the issue and those policemen have been arrested.
