PENDANG: A 52-year-old traffic policeman, who was diagnosed with brain tumour, died in his car at Km70.8 of the Plus Expressway yesterday evening. Sergeant Marzuki Ab Bakar was found slumped on his seat by the Plus Expressway patrol team. Pendang police Deputy Superintendent Fadzil Hashim said the Plus patrol team had spotted Marzuki's car pulling over on the emergency lane. He said the patrol team then saw him vomiting and offered him a help but Marzuki told them that he was fine. "They approached the car once again and found that the man was already dead, and they immediately alerted the police," he said when contacted.
