The common piece of advice is to look at the median strip, but Senior Sergeant Craig Dinnissen of Dunedin warned against this. “You just pull over to the side of the road and wait for your vision to clear.”At risk hotspots in Dunedin include the main road near Fairfield, Lookout Point and Stuart St.Sunstrike had not been reported as a cause of a crash in recent days, but had been anecdotally noted, Snr Sgt Dinnissen said.
