Police warn of ‘high-risk’ sex offender after Toronto women wake up to naked man in their living room

Toronto police are warning the public that a 28-year-old man with an “extensive criminal history” of breaking and entering and sex-related crimes has been arrested twice within 30 days. The first incident happened on May 29, when police were called to a break and enter on in the area of St. Clair Ave. W. and Christie St. In a news release, police said two women woke up in the middle of the night to find a “strange man” naked in their living room. After this arrest Mingeriak attended court and was released with conditions, police say. On Friday, the 28-year-old was arrested again and charged with two counts of failing to comply with probation and one count of failing to comply with recognizance.
