Doctors say they released Charan Soren and Bimal Kisko on Tuesday upon a police request with their treatment unfinished. Three Santal men died on Nov 6, when police opened fire. RMCH Assistant Director Shafiqul Islam said Soren had two gunshot wounds in the leg and Kisko one. Photos of them, handcuffed and roped, taken in the evening on that day, were published on Monday. The hospital’s Assistant Director Shafiqul said there was no handcuff or rope on them when they were taken away from the hospital on Tuesday.
