The sexual assault trial of three Toronto police officers has seen its first images of the complainant and the accused in the critical moments directly before and after the incident took place. (Pam Davies/CBC)At approximately 3:28 a.m. the complainant can be then seen walking out of the same elevator towards the hotel lobby. The court also viewed footage of Kara returning to the hotel earlier in the evening of Jan. 16, 2015. Kara was in the hotel room when the complainant arrived with Nyznik and Cabero and took part the alleged assault, according to the charges.
