Police say warrants have been issued for the arrest of two men after an estimated $3.5 million in cash, jewelry, watches, handbags and vehicles was stolen from Toronto and Mississauga homes. In a news release, police say they have issued warrants for the arrest of two Toronto men, one aged 38, and the other aged 21. Police allege a group of people targeted homes with high-end vehicles, broke into the homes, and once inside, stole jewelry, cash, other valuables, along with the vehicles. A Toronto police investigation, dubbed Project Seconds, began in January 2017. During Project Seconds, which was a six-month investigation, police say they recovered nine vehicles, including BMWs, Audis and Mercedes, with a collective value of about $850,000.
