Burnaby RCMP want help identifying a person of interest in the disappearance of Japanese ESL student Natsumi Kogawa, who has been missing for nearly three weeks. (Burnaby RCMP)Kogawa, 30, was last seen in downtown Vancouver Sept. 7, and was in contact with friends the following day. Now, police have uncovered video surveillance showing Kogawa on Sept. 8, at 1:27 p.m. PT, after she was last seen, walking with a man near Seymour Street and Hastings Street. Anyone with information is asked to call Burnaby RCMP at 604-294-7922 and request tip line extension 5164 or call Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
