Meanwhile, Bishop Salifu Amoako, his wife Mouha Amoako, and Linda Bempah, a sales assistant were arrested and charged with permitting an unlicensed person to drive. The High Court in Accra on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, granted bail of GH¢50,000 each to Bishop Salifu Amoako, his wife, Mouha Amoako, and Linda Bempah following their arrest on October 15. His youngest son, 16-year-old Elrad Salifu Amoako was involved in a fatal car crash at East Legon, claiming the lives of two young girls on October 12, 2024. Elrad Amoako lost control of a Jaguar SUV (GN 7801-20) and collided with a 4×4 Acura vehicle (GR 2542-23) driven by Joseph Ackah.
