Police are responding to an assault in Levin. Police have rushed to an assault in Levin that has left one person needing medical treatment. Stuff understands a Higgins worker was stabbed in the face with scissors at a dairy in Levin. Police responded to the attack about 8.15am on Wednesday at the corner of Tiro Tiro Rd and Queen St West, a police spokeswoman said. [It’s] not clear the nature of the injuries and looks like they were taken to get treatment by someone else at the scene.”Police are making inquires.
